For Hair Growth: Massage into scalp, leave for 30–60 min, then wash with mild shampoo (2x per week).
For Joint Pain: Warm slightly and massage onto painful area.
For Skin (acne or fungal spots): Apply a little on affected area with a cotton swab (patch test first).
Tip: Garlic is strong, so don’t leave it on scalp/skin overnight, and always do a patch test
